OUR MISSION
To ensure that the rights and obligations granted by Laws, Decree Laws, Regulations, and Directives are fully applied to all personnel working at our university, to obtain the highest efficiency from employees, and to make the best and most effective use of the university's human factor.

OUR VISION

The studies conducted by our Directorate aim primarily to provide quality and qualified service to all personnel working at our university, and with these services, to become a model directorate for other universities.
