The aim of the program is to provide higher level education-training and research opportunities to graduates who have successfully completed the undergraduate education or pedagogical formation program of the Faculty of Education, to train students who have the ability to access, evaluate, interpret and convey information to a wide audience, to prepare these students for the doctoral program, which is a higher degree, and to direct them to a professional career both within and outside the university, to contribute to the training of expert educators who can respond to the needs and expectations of the school and business world, who can perceive and analyze universal concepts and who have the ability to think strategically. In short, the aim is to train both academics who can conduct academic studies in universities in the field of Curriculum and Instruction, and "program development experts" who can propose educational programs in various institutions and develop them in operation.
